If you have an existing entity, we will send an information change to the Secretary of State to complete that process. If you have questions, just give us a call.

Failure to notify us prior to listing Pacific Corporate Services as your registered agent will result in a letter to the Oregon Secretary of State noting that no permission was obtained. This will cause you to lack a registered agent, as the State will remove us from the listing. All entity listings are public record and are searched regularly by us to verify that we are only listed as registered agent for entities that have properly registered with our firm.
